"We had an excellent experience with Family Teyuna! Hernan and Nicolas were very experienced and driven guides who respectfully led us to the Lost City, with a lot of explanation about the indigenous communities. Daniella treated us to delicious, hearty meals (double carbs check) and snacks (fruit) when needed. The camps were in good condition (bed, mosquito net, dormitory, cold shower) and quite cozy. The trail was tough due to the up/downhill and especially the humidity, but the landscapes you got in return were indescribable! Beautiful jungle! The trail is pricey but the same for all companies, it's set by the government with emphasis on sustainable tourism. Worth every Penny."

The cook, Isidro, was also very kind and made great meals. The hike has many ups and downs, but David respected my pace, and I was never alone on the trail, which for someone traveling alone is very important! Highly recommended!!"
